Spanish bank is ready to give mortgage credit to purchase and consruct the property (on the security of this property or area ground). Our agency is the official partner of “CAM” bank (Caja de Ahorros del Mediterraneo), which is one of the leading banks in Spain. Mortgage credit is 60%-70% from the cost of property, for non-residents of Spain (i.e. those who don’t have Spanish citizenship or residence) mortgage can be registered for the period of 30 years. 4. Property licences (property, ground area, patents). 5. Property assessed value. 6. References from the bank on the opening of settlement account with the copy of fund movements for the last 3 months. 7. Income statement (if available). 8. N.I.E. – ID of the foreigner in Spain. For the company owners:
1. Copy of the first passport page. 2. License of the entity state registration. 3. References from the public register of entities. 4. Company rules or license of the individual activity status.
5. Company balance for the previous year. 6. Profit-and-loss report. 7. References from the bank on the opening of settlement account with the copy of fund movements for 1 year. 8. N.I.E. - ID of the foreigner in Spain
WHILE MAKING THE DOCUMENTS, PROVING YOUR SOLVENCY, IT IS ESSENTIAL TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THAT ACCORDING TO THE SPANISH LEGISLATION SYSTEM THE SUM OF MONTHLY CREDIT PAYMENT CAN NOT EXCEED 30% OF THE MONTHLY INCOME.
