This luxurious, spacious 2 bedroom condo, complete with those little homely
touches provides the perfect setting for the holiday of a lifetime. We have
also added some lovely hand painted furniture and a fabulous new patio set to
our condo since the photos were taken. Located on the ground floor giving
direct access to the beautifully manicured gardens, pool, jacuzzi and access to
the magnificent Seven Mile Beach. You will be delighted about layout and size
of the property as it is designed around family life, providing ample space for
a family of five to relax and have their own privacy. Alternatively, the condo
also provides a great open space for two couples to really spread out and enjoy
their own space.

Prices are for the property per night in dollars.
Please contact us if you are wishing to book 7 days or more, as we may be able
to offer a discount. Also we have promotions running at different times of the
year. It really is worth contacting us!
Changeover
day
Change over days are Flexible if we have availability.
Accommodation
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1
with King bed.
Bedroom 2 with Twin beds that can be made to a King if needed. The sofa bed
would accommodate one adult or two small children under the age of 11.
Bathrooms:
En-suite
bathroom to Bedroom 1 with Bath/Shower over, wc.
Bathroom with Bath/Shower over, wc.
The
Lounge, Dinning Area and Kitchen are open plan giving a wonderful spacious
feel to the condo. The lounge area includes Cable TV and DVD player. There is
also Free internet access. The screened patio is a wonderful place for eating
in the open air.
Other:
The Master
bedroom has a dressing area and en-suite bathroom.
Twin room - beds can be made into a king. The
bathroom is opposite the bedroom.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and
Bed Linen are included and maid service is 6 days per week (excluding Bank
and public holidays). Beach Towels are also provided.

Accessibility
Our unit is ground floor and therefore is excellent for people with mobility
problems or families with a push chair.
Outside
There are sun chairs, umbrellas and tables, on the beach and by the pool for
the sole use of guests at Regal Beach Club. The Gardens that surround th
property are stunning. There is a large pool (by the beach), Jacuzzi with
Children's pool. There is also a tennis court and small gym.
Coast/Beach
Our condo is steps away from the beach with no roads to cross. Just walk past
the jacuzzi and pool and your on the beautiful beach.
Distances
The Location could not be better. There are shops and fantastic restaurants
within walking distance. Regal Beach Club is next door to the Marriott Hotel.
George Town is fantastic for Duty free Shopping especially jewellery and
watches!
Booking
notes
Deposits/refunds/cancellations and changes:
A 3 night deposit by credit card is due at the time of booking. Holiday
Bookings are to be paid in full 45 days prior to arrival. We accept Cash,
Traveler’s Cheques, American Express, Visa and Master Card. 3 nights deposit is
required upon booking. The normal 10% Government Tax and 6% Service Charge will
be added to your booking.

Cayman was all you said it would be and more! We had a blast! The beaches ...to
die for. I have never experienced water so blue, warm and inviting!
The pictures on the website depicted everything the condo was .. absolutely
beautiful! The decor - loved it. I am very big on interior decorating and I
have to tell you, the choice of colors both in furniture and accessories was
well thought out and laid out. All in all we loved your place... the kitchen
was well equipped with quality utensils.. We felt your love for the place all
over the house.
Thanks for having us, we will definitely be back. Oh the grounds of the condo
was beautifully maintained and manicured, and the flowers .. I felt like I was
in paradise.... Really I mean every word I say. I am not easily impressed and I
